What is a bird nest?
Answer
The bird nest is the spot in which a swiftlet lays and incubates its eggs and raises its young. It is made from the saliva of swiftlet with the continuous layer per layer structure. During harvesting period, the bird nest will be picked to be cleaned and ready to be consumed.
